Change of Mind and Sizing

  • We do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect sizing.

  • To ensure you select the correct size, please refer to our detailed sizing guide before making a purchase.


Faulty Items

  • If you receive a faulty item, we are happy to offer a refund, repair, or exchange in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.


How to Lodge a Return Request for Faulty Items:

  1. Email us at contact@theboutiquedesignerstore.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

  2. Include the following in your email:

    • Your order number.

    • Clear photographs of the fault.

    • A brief description of the issue.

  3. Once we receive your email, our team will evaluate the fault and contact you with the next steps.


Conditions for Returns:

  • The item must be in its original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached.

  • Proof of purchase is required for all return requests.

  • If the fault is confirmed, we will cover the cost of return shipping.


Non-Returnable Items:

  • Items that show signs of wear or damage caused by misuse.

  • Items outside the 7-day return window.
